What are the maximum temps you are getting? Dell states that the GPU shouldn't exceed 94 degrees and 100 for the CPU. The benchmark you posted show the graph spiking up and down very rapidly which is a clear indication of thermal throttling which in turn will cause performance to drop when it happens.
The game is very demanding (possibly due to not being well optimized) and will require a lot from your hardware. I can run other AC games no problem, it's just Origins giving me issues I suggest you look for ways to lower the CPU and GPU temps, because your hardware should be able to run this game.
